Terms of Service

By accessing TrustOS ("the Service"), operated by Transaction Science, Inc., you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

TrustOS provides identity, authentication, credential, policy, and audit infrastructure — including WebAuthn, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, DID, KYC primitives, and post-quantum cryptography.

2. Security Obligations

Customers are responsible for securing their own credentials, keys, and integrations. TrustOS provides the substrate; application-level access control remains the customer's responsibility. Notify us within 24 hours of any suspected compromise.

3. Compliance

TrustOS is designed to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and FedRAMP-ready deployments. Enabling any specific framework requires the customer to configure their deployment accordingly. We do not provide legal opinions on compliance status.

4. Data Residency

Customer data is stored according to the region selected at tenant creation. No cross-region replication without explicit configuration.

5. Limitation of Liability

Transaction Science, Inc. provides TrustOS "as is." Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
